What a butchers nice selection of meats. I love the sausages and big lumps of rump/scotch you can get eat like a king for the week

Have had beautiful eggs from here in the past. Yesterday I bought a lamb griller, couple of chicken skewers and a pepper porterhouse steak for a bbq at home. The lamb was amazing, really tasted like lamb and it was lean too. The steak and chicken were delicious too, both juicy and succulent. Beef jerky was very tasty too. Top quality meats.

Won a meat raffle at Kandos pub. OMG the meat was beautiful it included lamb steaks, pork steaks and snags. Will definitely be dropping by next time we're in Mudgee.

Bought bugs for Xmas. The smell was disgusting so froze to go in the bin. Bought jerky for a gift. Opened it today 11/1 to go on a cheese platter and it was rotten. Very disappointing.

Was keen to try this place as the reviews looked good. Their display and range of products is impressive, and made choosing quite difficult. In the end, we opted for some snags, lamb kofta, and two impressive looking porterhouse steaks. We haven't gotten around to the snags or lamb yet, but the steaks were a big disappointment. Cutting through a truck retread would have been easier, and it took a lot of chewing before even the smallest amount of meat could be swallowed. Steaks were cooked 4.30 per side and rested for 10 minutes, so I know it wasn't me. Hopefully our other products make up for these old-boot steaks.
