  I was shopping in the Macquarie centre today and saw this beautiful display window. It was Craig Cook the Natural Butcher. I wasn’t really going shopping for meat but the display was very enticing. I was greeted so warmly by Peter and he gave me lots of info on the meats, the source, the different cuts, the cooking methods. We had a great conversation and I walked away with some lamb chops, steak, and Wagyu sausages, which Peter told me he makes. I am really impressed by the service and conversation. I got home and cooked up the chops, they were so delicious and juicy, and my kids were wanting seconds, my husband told me to go back tomorrow to get stocked up on meat for this weekend. You have won me over as a customer, Peter. Thank you so much for exceptional service and amazing quality meat.

  Wanted to try something new on Saturday and thought I would get the brisket roll, Mr Moe made it and handed it to me with a smile. This is easily the best brisket roll I have ever had in a good while. The smoke flavour, the coleslaw is just perfect and cold and balances the heat from the brisket, the roll bread itself was so fresh and you can taste the freshness. Truly this thing is a masterpiece, I already told 3 of my friends about this hidden gem for brisket roll. Thank you Moe for having the most wholesome customer service ever! And for making the best roll ever!

  I haven't bought the meat for a while, but this review is for the hot food section. My friend brought me some pork and a pork roll before (this was a great serving!) and it was so delicious, so thought to get something else. Not only was it juicy and tasty, and I am told that it is made from the meats that are sold, but the man behind the cooking is fantastic. He listened to my requests that I had with my many food intolerances and had a chat with me about his food, giving me tips for the best times to come when he prepares the food for the freshest experience. I bought the burger meat without the bun, and the flavour was amazing! The coleslaw was great too. I think cook even added a little bit more for me because I did not have the bun. It was a perfect lunch.

  Have had both the food and the meat here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Double cheeseburger with fries is super juicy nice toasted potato bun and well seasoned fries. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Eko he is a total class act, the man has fantastic customer service and sublime advice for anything meat related. If not served by him the rest of the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this butcher enough!!!!

  I’ve only ever had great products from this store, fresh and ethical products! I LOVE that they use free-range and grass fed, and I don’t mind paying more for this as it’s difficult to find a decent variety elsewhere 🥰 The service is absolutely amazing as well, they remember my name and my preferences. I try to always bring my own containers to avoid plastic use as well and when I do that elsewhere, I sometimes get odd reactions, these guys are so happy to accommodate 💖 Elon and Basil are amazing to their customers and it’s the only butcher for me 👌🏻
