  Absolutely LOVE the quality of meat and the impeccable service from Tony and the family! We recommend Tony (GQM) to everyone! Have never received a bad cut of meat and the T-Bones are to die for… Tony and the staff will do anything for anyone and if they don’t have it they will get it for you… Love the chats and banter.

  Best butcher EVER! I wish I could get there more often. The owner and staff are always cheerful & friendly whilst the quality of his produce is truly unbeatable. If you’re into REAL Italian style pork and fennel sausages you won’t find better without flying to Italy. My mouth is watering just thinking about them…& don’t even start me on the ribs!😂

  First time to buy from these guys, first this young fella in a Trinity uniform served me was so impressed with his delightful attitude then after he served me I asked for another cut not displayed immediately he asked his father and then I could see where he picked up his brilliant service. The dad was a gentleman. Then tonight I cooked the T-bone well I'm a foodie it was the most tender steak I've had in a long time, I will definitely going back well done fellas 🤠🍻

  We had a pork roast rolled for Christmas. (2.5kg) Beautiful meat, rolled with our supplied stuffing. Thank you so much for your great, friendly service.

  Tony and his family have the best meat in lismore and ther service is impeccable always happy to get something if it's not on display just real quality meat from a top quality bloke
