Hands down one of if not the best Butcher's in the Hunter Valley. We ordered a Meat Box, presented beautifully and much to our surprise given the cost of everything theses days, they kindly added much more than was expected. The Angus Beef in all forms is exceptional and it honestly made our families traditional "Steak Off Night" where they compete to cook the best steak over charcoal (3 young ones) truly special. Absolutely amazing and now our definite go to. So grateful we live so close. Thank you and see you soon.

Outstanding sausages again this visit. Couldn't wait to get home so ducked into the showground, set uo the stove and cooked some thin snags for lunch. Delicious.
