  Decent selection and good meat quality overall. Welcoming, friendly service and happy to prepare custom cuts exactly how you want them. A solid local option for hala and quality meat supply.

  Always my first choice for fresh meat and groceries. The quality is excellent and they’ve got a great selection of Middle Eastern, Turkish and Asian products that you don’t find everywhere. On top of that, the service is always welcoming, proud to support a local shop doing such a great job.

The staff are incredibly attentive and always happy to help, offering advice on the best cuts of meat and even suggesting cooking tips that make a real difference. The quality of their meat is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and cut to perfection. Beyond just meat, they also stock a great range of essentials like rice, spices, and frozen foods, which makes shopping here even more convenient. Everything feels thoughtfully selected, making it a one-stop shop for high-quality ingredients. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and honesty of their service.   I’ve tried many butchers around Wollongong, but OzHart Butchery truly stands out for both quality and service. The first thing you notice is how clean and well-organised the shop is everything looks fresh, neatly displayed, and handled with care.
