This is a terrific butcher staffed by great people. We bought some quality meat including a rolled pork roast. I cooked it Nye. Used an electric charcoal heat gun to crisp the crackling. It was no doubt the best and most tender I have ever had. Highly recommend a visit.

Netty. Was. Here. We ate like kings while camping in the Dorrigo region. The meat was deliciously prepared and the Butcher was a friendly local who was happy to prep the meat for camp style cooking. The quality here is so great we decided to pack the esky full for our trip home too.

Staying over night in dorrigo and the man working at the butcher was so welcoming and helpful. Gave me great advice about the best meat for our application and he wasn’t wrong. All locally sourced and some of the best beef I have ever had. Would stop in again any time I’m passing through without a doubt
